Climate Survey

San José Unified wants to hear about the experience of our community members, including our students, staff, and families. Your feedback is an important part of developing a positive school climate and culture, a safe and effective learning environment, and practices that boost student outcomes. 

This survey is based on the Panorama Education Survey, a research-based survey given each year to millions of students, staff and families across our nation’s schools. Topics in the survey will include school climate and safety, learning environments, family engagement, customer service, staff engagement, communication, and more.  

The deadline to complete the survey is November 14, 2025
